Vice President, North American Operations
Vaska’s experience spans over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry with her QA career beginning at Merck in 1995 and hosting FDA inspections for both GLP and GCP studies. A move to California and working for Allergan gained her experience in both drug and device trials as well as performing CSV audits due to the company moving towards automation and LIMS in their GLP labs and bringing Oracle into their Data Management department. During her time at Pfizer, she led vendor audits, delved into Pharmacovigilance, conducted in depth system audits, and developed SOPs due to the merging of Warner Lambert, Agouron and Pfizer. Vaska’s expertise spans a wide range of GCP and GLP audits, strategic thinking and a drive for process improvement. Having been with ADAMAS in Europe since 2007, she returned to the US where she now heads ADAMAS’s North American Operations.
She is a certified auditor through the American Society for Quality and a member of SQA, BARQA and the Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) where she has lectured on auditing aspects of the industry.
