- David A. Bridge
Vice President, North America
David Bridge is a Quality Assurance Leader with over 20 years of quality management experience. His unique enthusiasm for building and improving quality systems incorporates a cost-of-quality approach, which emphasizes prevention through performance and compliance evaluations supported by root-cause analyses of waste and rework. Prior to joining Adamas Consulting LLC, David held quality leadership and management positions in government, pharmaceutical sponsor, and contract research organizations. Throughout his career, David has conducted hundreds of audits and quality evaluations covering multitudes of topics: mock inspections, contract research organizations, regulatory submissions, investigator sites, toxicology testing, clinical sample analyses, pharmacovigilence, investigational product labeling and distribution, technical documents, archiving, and electronic systems. For almost a decade, David single-handedly managed multi-million dollar contracts providing quality assurance services to the US National Institutes of Health. Recognized as a quality expert, he frequently serves on independent review panels to evaluate proposals for government contracts.
